Director's Offsite

Our annual Director's Conference is a two-day conference held each fall at a member camp. This is an opportunity for Executives and Camp Directors to come together, share and learn. We dedicate some of our time to processing the summer; sharing our challenges and the strategies we implimented as a result. We also bring in professional level educators and speakers to decelop new accumen and dive into new and innovative projects for the year ahead. And, at every conference and workshop we hold, we make time to socalize and strengthen the bonds between.
