AIJC member camps strive to provide the best possible experience for each and every child. Our camps intentionally create an environment that supports, challenges and develops each individual child. The AIJC provides professional development to the camp professionals and in turn they work to develop thier summer staff all year round. AIJC members know that a highly trained staff in child care will provide excellent experiences for our campers.
Our commitment to safety doesn't stop at the ropes course or waterfront. We make every effort to interview every one of our staff in person, wherever they are on the planet. Through our partners, we leverage industry-leading technologies and security services to ensure that all of our staff are qualified to work with our children.
Looking across the field of Jewish camp, we know that high quality staff that return year after year are the key to our members success. The AIJC provides support for staff training modules -- from webinars and conference calls to weekend workshops and prominent guest speakers -- that camps can utilize throughout the year. Our tailored development services bring the resources of a large consulting firm to your summer camp. We will work with you to develop a program that exceeds your needs.
AIJC members have a shared commitment to developing young Jewish talent into the next generation of camp professionals through our teen leadership development programs. In addition, the AIJC and member camps are developing a multi-year progressive curriclum designed to retain and prepare our summer staff for what comes next in their lives. Participation in the AIJC program will better position them to aritculate the skills they have learned and honed by working at one of our camps. Ask us to provide more detail about this world class program.
We have a lot of friends with us around our campfire. We're joined by staffing agencies, professional trainers, social workers, educators, and experts in all facets of the camping industry.
